Framed and un-framed prints, large bags and fabric orders are sent via a UK courier service.
For delivery outside of the UK please contact info@janjaydesign.co.uk and we can work with you to arrange the best delivery option. Any duty or taxes for overseas orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Goods that are in stock we aim to dispatch within 1-3 days of the order being taken
Many of our products are made by hand and therefore we do not hold extensive stock. For giclee and other art prints on card, please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery.
For silk screen printed cushions please allow 2-3 weeks from placing your order.
For fabrics, art prints, lampshades and bags that are not in stock we aim to deliver within 3-4 weeks from taking payment.

What if I want to return or cancel my order?
We are certain that you will be delighted with your order from Jan Jay Design. All of our fabric by the metre is printed to order so we cannot accept returns unless faulty. We do recommend purchasing a small swatch or returnable before making your purchase, however please note that there may be slight colour variation between different batches of printed fabric.
As many of our products are hand printed, they may vary slightly in appearance which is the nature of a handmade item. We feel this adds to their character and is not to be considered a fault.
We always recommend checking your fabric order once it arrives.
If a product is faulty we ask that you contact us immediately by emailing info@janjaydesign.co.uk to arrange a return. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for fabric once it has been cut.
