Shipping

Delivery is charged as it appears on your order unless you are ordering from outside the UK.

Fabric samples, greetings cards, small art prints and clutch nags are sent via Royal Mail Royal Mail 2^nd class.

Framed, Un-framed prints, and fabric orders are sent via Courier with a fragile service available on all large framed prints.

Single Lampshades are sent via Royal Mail, with multiple shades going via Courier.

Goods that are in stock we aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days of the order being taken.

Fabrics, art prints, cushions, lampshades and bags that are not in stock will be made to order, we aim to deliver within 3-4 weeks from taking payment.

For delivery outside of the UK please contact info@janjaydesign.co.uk and we can work with you to arrange the best delivery option. Any duty or taxes for overseas orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note that Jan Jay Design cannot be held responsible for failed or late deliveries which are outside of our control.

Returns

We are certain that you will be delighted with your order from Jan Jay Design, but please note that many of our products are hand printed, therefore they may vary slightly in appearance which is the nature of a handmade item. We feel this adds to their character and is not to be considered a fault.

If a product is faulty we ask that you contact us immediately by emailing info@janjaydesign.co.uk to arrange a return.

For goods that have clearly been damaged in transit we ask that you do not sign for the item and contact info@janjaydesign.co.uk immediately. Alternatively, if signed for, please photograph the damaged product/order and email us within 24 hours.

We do not offer refunds on bespoke made products.

All of our fabric by the metre is printed to order so we cannot accept returns unless faulty. We would always recommend purchasing a swatch before making your purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order with Jan Jay Design you may do so by contacting us immediately at info@janjaydesign.co.uk

If your order has already been dispatched by the time you make your request, we will ask you to return your order to us at your own cost using a tracked method. Jan Jay Design cannot be held responsible for items you return to us which are lost in transit.

We aim to offer a range of colourways to suit a variety of interiors, however, if you have a project that requires bespoke colour matching we are more than happy to run samples for you.

Fabric colour matching services start from £150 for a half metre linen union sample.

And bespoke colour samples for silkscreen prints from £100.
